Access Control Solution at Factory Unit

The main entrance gate is fixed with BFT Giotto gate barrier which has fast opening time suitable for high frequency vehicle entrance. Gate barriers are integrated with matrix ARC IO controller to trigger the opening .Employee vehicles and cars were installed with RFID long range stickers which can be authenticated to open with Long range UHF reader . Matrix cosec centra access control software at the back end enables to provide a perfect authentication with various access control reports from gate barrier, More over number plates of vehicles are being captured and sent to the software data base incase any investigation required . Once employees are at the factory entrance door, all are to be punched on a biometric device which is matrix ARGO biometric fingerprint device for marking the daily attendance. Which is also acting as door access control system. All exits are also with ARGO series devices. Visitors and guests at the gates are enrolled to visitor management software which is part of matrix central platform gives a detailed information of visitors and guests. ID card scanners integrated with visitor management system scans the ID s of visitors and guests to store to the data base making a seamless solution. Rotating turnstile gate at the entrance gate controls the movement of the people going inside and outside with the RFID smart card reader . Thus making a single platform of fully integrated solution of gate access system with ANPR and Long range RFID stickers, employee access control system, Time attendance system and visitor management system .More over IP cctv is also integrated with Access control solution providing video streams and snap shot for related access logs . Thanks to matrix software and allowing integration of the access control software with VMS and license number plate detection software (ANPR). Luxriot VMS and Automatic number plate recognition software solution helped to make project more cost effective, cheaper and stable.
